All SHELONGZ orders ship from our studio in Bangkok, Thailand. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 12–20 days of successful payment. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available, unless split shipping was purchased at checkout.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates and subject to change.
We kindly recommend choosing a secure, permanent delivery address so your order arrives safely.
Temporary addresses such as hotels or Airbnb stays can make delivery difficult for couriers, which may cause delays or failed delivery attempts.
If you choose to ship to a temporary address, delivery cannot be guaranteed, and we can't accept responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels.

Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Pre-orders
If you ordered a pre-order item, it takes 10–20 days after successful payment.
Please note, selecting a pre-order item may cause delays to the dispatch of your full order. If you ordered a pre-order item in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching, unless you have purchased split shipping at the time of checkout.

Taxes & Duties
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
SHELONGZ has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, peak seasons and public holidays can sometimes cause delays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
